Victor is a former member of Ballet Philippines from 1987 to 1999. He performed with the company in all the national and international shows.
In 1988, he went to Atlanta ballet school on a scholarship grant from Manniya Barredo and consequently studied with the Boston Ballet school.
Victor holds a Fine Arts degree at the PWU institute of Fine arts and Design.
Collaborating with Agnes Locsin’s La Revolucion Filipina as costume designer leads him to become Production designer for Medea and Neo-Filipino for Ballet Philippines.
He is a member of the CCP dance school faculty, Philippine High School for the Arts and at Steps dance studio.
In 2005, He was given a grant to observe various arts institutes and museums in Paris, France. He attended dance classes at the Center de Danse du Marais while in Paris. He is also into Photography and his works can also be seen at http://www.jpgmag.com/people/dancescape.
